June 2, 2016Keeping with the idea of positive influence and good behavior, I have to say that it matters what we do all the time. What I mean is, we should model the behavior we want to see in others, especially our loved ones.
Recently, my Niece joined Planet Fitness with an intention to shed a few pounds. When I heard about her lifestyle change, I had to get a picture of her in action. I am feeling very proud of my Niece and not just because she is looking great and making progress. It's because a small part of me believes she was influenced and inspired by the fact that I've been active in the gym for a few years now. Though our fitness goals are a lot different, staying active is a common goal we share.
