The scenes of life can sometimes play out in a manner that is contrary to what our expectations are, requiring us to either be resilient (able to bounce back or recover) or to shift into fight or flight mode when our adrenaline gets to pumping. Our partners response or actions during a crisis can help us in our quest to get back to some normalcy, and showing compassion is never wrong. I thought I was the only one that loved this scene from the Good Doctor but I can see someone else kind of appreciated it in their own way too. Distractions, may be unwanted at times and the circumstances we find ourselves in, can impede us from experiencing our highest levels of happiness.

When Shaun Murphy (Freedie Highmore) was faced with trying to help Lea Dialallo (Paige Spara) bounce back after the loss of their baby girl, he decided it would be good for the both of them to go camping. Although watching the scene and all the mishaps makes me think glamping would have been a better option, the distractions proved to be not only entertaining for viewers but also something that lead them to make a decision to shorten their camping escapade. As the scene advances, Shaun Murphy injuries his ankle and Lea has to act quickly after he passes out. Sometimes in caring for others and doing what needs to be done, it is easier to realize how strong we really are. In those times, no one has to tell us we are amazingly awesome. We just know it! Walk around like you know how great you are and be confident in what you have to offer everyone in the world. Creating opportunities to encourage engagement is vital in creating loyalty in a world where digital technology rules and the power has been taken away from regular programming and the commercial slots which use to earn billions for television networks are now playing second fiddle to Hulu, Pluto and other subscription services and apps which are now programmed into flat screens at purchase. Thinking about how technology advanced from the wooden floor model, bulky televisions and Cox Cable really creates nostalgia but not enough to make me ever want to give using my remote control to explore endless amounts of content available for my viewing pleasure on Hulu.

Let's get real! It is all about creating awareness which ends with a purchase or repeat business. Once a brand is front and center, it has the attention of the consumer. The next step is, how will the consumer engage before and after purchase and become loyal? Currently, I am concentrating my attention on what I am learning in my role in Customer Service; specifically an Introduction to Automation Course is helping me to understand the evolution the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Internet Technology Process Automation (ITPA) and how the two unify, working together take us away from the old ways of doing things during our day to day operations, on to new digital ways of getting task/services completed or issues reported if a system malfunctions and service tickets need resolving. Amid use and reporting as systems are used, machine learning is happening based on issues and usage.

Social Media populariezed in the era we are living in and much has changed in the way we consume and share content. No longer are we limited by the confines of TV Commercials or Celebrities. In fact, thanks to You Tube, we can create our own advertisements, promotions and creative shares that not only share our expertise but connect us to those outside of our own circle. While working as a Customer Service Professional, I read about American Spirit changing the language on their packaging to ensure consumers were aware and informed concerning the language on their packaging which created some confusion because natural and organic was used and some consumers believed this meant healthier or at least safer.

Fast forward to 2019 in January and we began following the new legislation laws passed requiring the legal age for restricted sales products to be 21. That meant all tobacco products,e-cigarettes, lighters and more. Needless to say those who had just reached the age of 18 were not to happy with these changes, especially the smokers. In my role, I try to be understanding while following the law and company policy using the skills I have learned to deal with difficult customers who may be resistant when asked to comply with legalities.

Whatever role you are serving in, always be willing to do what you can to take what you do to the next level and create awareness whenever you can. Blogging has helped me to take what I do to the next level since I get to share my knowledge and expertise, my experiences in the workforce and also a bit of my personality, as I share in the digital space. When I started supplementing my income working seasonally selling Health and Ancillary Insurance, I took Negotiation Training, earning credentials which increased my user status in our internal system and provided me with valuable skills in dealing with customers or prospects seeking insurance. I learned about concessions, why they are important and how to use them properly. After I became a Flex Job worker making deliveries, I created a persona called AfroGirl to continue creating awareness with the photos I create, as I chart my Delivery Journey throughout my local area and started a another Blog called Blogger Quotes dedicated to creating awareness Bloggers because what we do everyday matters. I want the businesses and the people I serve to know I care about what I do because the smallest things can become treasures, when handled and presented properly. I make it a point to follow and share one or more pages created by my Employers because I want to be aware. I want to know and participate in creating awareness and continuing to grow our imprint and impact. I visit our competitors to see what they are doing or not. I make it a point to buy/support the businesses I work for because they supply my paycheck! No matter what you do, try to stay informed and engaged and grow by watching webinars, taking classes or continuing education courses while staying engaged! You will be glad you did.

Doing business requires direction. It's the reason a business plan is necessary. Understanding where you are and what goals you have is essential. I am proud to say, I have written a business plan. It helped me to be tedious about what I was doing and to set goals, creating vision for where I am headed in the future, clearly defining my expectations and what I needed as it relates to materials, equipment and finances. The great thing about having Business Plan is, it can be revived to include progress, changes or even evaluations on performance. My Business Plan helped me to define my vision and purpose for Abornewords. This year brought new changes mainly in my intention to build brand loyalty through offering gifts or prizes. In addition to our new loyalty program, we are working to create jobs for everyone across the globe by providing opportunities to freelancers who want to earn extra income. Our jobs will be listed on our Abornewords Facebook Page until we complete our basic application document which will result in us adding a link on our site in a few months. Being an entrepreneur requires flexibility because things can change at any given time. It's the reason we operate as a subsidiary of Halal Marketing Enterprises. Remember, there is no i in team.

Dry skin can be itchy and it hurts once the skin cracks. During summer months my skin craves just as much moisturization as it does during winter months. It's very difficult for me to find a lotion or moisturizer that my skin will not overly absorb. When this happens, my skin is only moisturized temporarily and then it becomes thirsty again. I received mine on yesterday and my skin seems to be in love with it.

The brand creator Deon Davis was working in Nursing when she started creating her products. Many of her colleagues and friends would often walk up to the Nurses Station to use the products she created. Love Blossoms was born.
